Work to start on Wembley landmark

Sitting at just over 200,000ft2 and 21 storey’s tall on the North Circular a short walk away from Wembley Stadium, Wembley point is a dominate feature on the North London skyline.
BTP have been engaged to act as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor on the redevelopment of the property in order to create a mixed use scheme of predominantly Hotel and Residential use, but also incorporating restaurant and gym.
The Lower floors are currently planned to achieve the Garden Inn by Hilton branding, with the residential aiming for a good level of internal finishes.
Existing tenant relationships and phasing will be the key operational issue over the forthcoming months, in conjunction with the more traditional roles of driving the design whilst keeping check on budgets and aspirations.
