Work commences on Alexandra Court, Windsor
BTP Group are pleased to have commenced work on an exciting new scheme in an up and coming area of Windsor. This conversion of commercial premises to residential will create 12 new units under current permitted development regulations with an additional 2 units under full planning.
ACG Architects have produced admirable plans to ensure that the aesthetic redesign of the project remained strikingly similar to the original building, despite adding another floor. This can be seen from the computer graphic image of the rear elevation and the existing building.
The technical involvement of this project required original plans from 1980 being obtained and examined to ensure that additional loads could be sustained and also to ensure that underground services would not be compromised. BTP Group will be using their extensive expertise, along with trusted professionals to ensure this project will be delivered successfully to the client within the required timescales.
