Ivy Court Care Home completes and opens in Norwich

Caring Homes is one of BTP Group’s longstanding clients and the recent completion of Ivy Court in Norwich is one of 7 homes that BTP Group has been involved with in the previous five years.
This state-of-the-art 71 bed project has been highly successful and is wholly due to the positive working relationships forged by BTP Group project managers Charles Halvieim and Moya Maginn, and the contractor, Baxter & King. Baxter and King have a wealth of experience building care homes nationally and their professional attitude ensured a smooth running to completion.
Each room has en-suite facilities and various spacious communal areas are available, including kitchenettes in the dining areas to encourage and foster independence, cinema facilities and activity rooms too.
The individual ground floor rooms also benefit from personalised access to the beautifully landscaped gardens which have been thoughtfully designed with consideration for accessibility and a sensory experience. There are also gardening clubs for the residents which encourage exercise and an opportunity to interact with the environment.
