The spectacular renovation and redevelopment of Caring Homes' flagship home is BTP Group's 7th project with Caring Homes in the past five years. This Grade II* listed nursing home in Surrey is entrenched in a rich history, which you can read more about on the Historic England website.

The original building dates back over 300 years, and many of the original features have been retained or renovated, reminiscent of its former glory. The home has 79 bedrooms with en-suite facilities and spacious communal areas such as a cinema, hair salon and the renovated library which features retained decorative features from original owner, Charlotte Boyle Walsingham.

The idyllic setting, with views along the River Thames to Hampton Court Palace is set on extensive grounds and BTP Group’s long standing relationships with Oliver and Robb Architects and contractor MP Brothers have enabled a smooth progression on site in just under two years.
