In 2011, the BTP Bethnal Green Town Hall Hotel & Apartments project was voted RICS Project of the Year and won the RICS 2011 Building Conservation Award.
In another prestigious BTP project, the new Wellesley Hotel overlooking Hyde Park was topped out at the end of 2011. BTP are leading the team as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors working with Brookfield Multiplex and Fox Linton. Kevin Quinn, BTP’s principle on the project said ‘We’ve addressed some unique technical challenges due to the location of the property over the former Hyde Park Place Tube Station, and the proximity of some very high profile neighbours, and this has enabled us to complete the structural phase of the project on budget and on schedule”. The Wellesley Hotel is the latest project undertaken by BTP for Arab Investments Ltd.
