A listed building is of special architectural or historic interest, and requires great skill, sensitivity and knowledge when undergoing development. In 2011, BTP managed the conversion and development of Bethnal Green Town Hall, a Grade 1 listed public building. The project went on to win RICS Project of the Year and the RICS Building Conservation Award 2011.
