BTP manage all the clients’ design consultants, obtaining fee quotations, preparing for appointments and liaising and managing legal advisors. BTP identify and assist with party wall issues and planning applications, prepare and agree draw down schedules, and liaise with statutory authorities. BTP also act as the Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrators, liaise and manage the quantity surveying, issue all appropriate contract certificates and assist the client with tenant negotiations.
