Douglas is a Chartered Surveyor of 20 years standing, the last 15 of which have been with BTP.
Career Overview
Douglas has been a BTP Director since 2004 working on a strategic and operational level as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor. He has extensive experience in new build and refurb work spanning projects from £1m to £80m. In 2011 Douglas was principle on the Bethnal Green Town Hall project which won the 2011 RICS Project of the Year and Building Conservation Awards.
Experience
Prior to BTP, Douglas was a Facilities Manager for Ferguson Bucknal Austin and Edmond Shipway & Partners working on hospital and Government defence schemes in the public sector.
